• An item is ONLY eligible for return within 10 days of purchase. 
• Any returned item must not be worn, or tampered with, and must be in original packaging.
• Please include the original invoice sent to you at the time of delivery, along with a note explaining the reason for return. 
• Holiday items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged, in which case, it must be reported within 3 days of the time of delivery. 
• All damaged items must be reported within 3 days of the time of delivery, so please open and inspect all items as soon as they are received.
• Original shipping cannot be refunded.
• All refunds will be issued in the method they were received, or an online credit.
• We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, etc., please place a new order.
• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once we process the return and issue a refund, we will send you an email confirmation.
